Final Ph.D. defense, 09 February 2021

Ph.D. is done! #الحمدلله
Successfully defended and completed my Ph.D. in #foodScience. Endless thanks to the parent and family members. So grateful for the opportunity provided by Tempus Public Foundation. Thank you supervisors Dr. László and Dr. Dalmadi, Thank you Dr. Kiskó and colleagues at #SzéntIstvánUniversity (MATE) – #Hungary. Thank you to the jury president, members and reviewers.

The journey started in Sep 2016 and ended 9n February 20210 🙂 During that got the chance to explore the rich culture of Hungary which is strong in folk traditions and has its own distinctive style, influenced by the various ethnic groups including the Roma people. Food of all kinds. Music of all kinds, from classical to folk, is an important part of everyday life, as is the country’s rich literary heritage. Notable inventions include the Rubik’s Cube (by sculptor and professor Erno Rubik, 1974), the krypton electric bulb (by physicist Imre Brody in 1937), and the biro, patented in 1938 by journalist László Bíró.
